I can't remember exactly how it happened. But in RA some ranger got all pissy at me because I 3 shot him on a spike dmg dervish.

Best one I've had.

I got a lot of those happening, but only a few I can remember....

In AB, I was running Spoil Victor for the heck of it... a wammo came up to me. I cast SV and Insidious Parasite. He keeps attacking and dies... then calls me a noob in local chat and leaves. That was totally priceless. Same happened with a couple assassin.

I got called a noob for fast-pulling Tombs; half of the group seemed totally inexperienced and they raged because I was going "too fast" and not letting the monk (a friend of mine, used to run with me) regen between each mob. "OMFG NOOB PULLER! LET THE MONK REGEN!!!!!!!" "OMFG HES GONE AGAIN!!!!"

I think I got a death threat in GW for being gay.

Another was kicking a monk with a ultra-high energy-heavy build without ANY energy management (he had healing breeze, heal other, heal party, WoH, and other skills) - he put me on ignore and kept spamming "NOOB NOOB NOOOOOOOOOB U FAIL" and such for a good 5 minutes. I was lol'ing.

Right now that's all I can think about... I'll have some more. I seem to attract them quite often.

EDIT: Hah I KNEW I'd have another! Was monking Gyala Hatchery for a guildie and a friend of hers. The friend, who wound up being her brother, was a necro MM with a bad bar. He kept rushing everywhere and called me a noob healer for not healing him, while he was at least 2 aggro bubbles away from me. The same guy also went nuts at me (constant PMs for 10 minutes straight, all going "NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB NOOB") for rejecting him for a Tombs run because he was a b/p and I had 7/8 of my people - was only missing orders.

I got flamed for using frenzy in pvp by an assassin on the enemy team. Apparently I'm noob for using frenzy as a warrior and for staying near the rest of my team.

Having a monk on my team means I'm noob.

Winning the game usually means I'm noob.

Successfully spiking means I'm noob.

Actually if I ever lose, they call me noob.

So noob if you do and noob if you don't.

The other day I was in Beacons, and there were probably 3 or 4 ppl advertising runs to Droks for 2k.. with absolutely no bites I might add... a bit goes by and then there was someone (for some reason I assumed it was a girl, name, char, etc) running for 1k... the first group unsuccessfully trying to get runs went OFF on her! Cussin' & swearin' that she and ppl like her are the reason nobody will pay for runs anymore, and why don't she go somewhere else, they kept at it for about 2 minutes straight. Then her and her FULL pt took off, leaving them swearing at air!! I LMAO on that one when I went back there quite awhile later, and they were still trying to get runs!

Got flamed by the MM for not being an Orders Necro...

He ended up doing nothing but leeching, just following us around and picking up his drops.

Last level we purposely overaggroed, let him die, then didn't rez him.

Let's see...Someone already said it. You win, you're a noob, you lose you're a noob, anything good or bad you do, and you're a noob.

AB's are always funny for flamers. Luxons start ranting about how unfair Grenz is, and Kurzicks start ranting about how unfair Etnaran is. I've seen some pretty funny rages/flames/rants, too bad I didn't take screenshots.

Let's see, I got called a noob for doing a run from AC to Yak's for free once. Let's just say this, I'm not a noob, I was just in a good mood that day, anything wrong with that?

Then I got called a noob for saying a run from Marketplace to KC should be free, and I offered it for free, and just showed people why its a waste of 100 gold, I mean seriously there are paths that have no enemies. I always laugh at that one.

And then scammers love to call you a noob for pointing out their scams to the people. And then people buying black dye in pre looove to call you noobs for pointing it out to the true noobs who don't know any better that black dye is worth more then 10 gold in post. A lot more. That's another favorite of mine. This one guy buying black dye for 10g in pre just totally blew up when I was at Fort Ranik, and told the noobs he's scamming you out of several platinum.

I'll have to take screenshots, and have direct quotes of the next rages I encounter.

I've had tons but can't remember most of them.

A recent one started when a new member of my guild started ranting about how he could pwn everyone in the guild. Finally another new member chanllenged him and they scrimmaged. The whole battle they were yelling at eachother over guild chat. We were on TS just laughing at both of these guys. The cocky guy got pwned and then started ranting and isnulting everyone. The guy who beat him just happened to be gay and got yelled at because of it. Eventually the guy got tired of losing and left the guild.

Guy tried to tell me that anything that is NOT +15%>50 +30hp and 20/20 sundering isnt perfect. I went on proving to him that even +15% while enchanted armor +5 and a 3/-1 vampiric is a perfect weapon. Yea he put me on ignore.

The wars were in the front and then the casters went into the middle of the mob leaving me and another ranger in the very back -.-. Was I gonna run into the middle of the mob and join them too? hell no. So me and the other ranger got flamed for being noobs.

Some guy started flaming me once while I was in Pre Searing Ascalon while I was going for LDoA. It was late wednesday night. I'd reached level 17 or so, and was asking for a gate opener so I could set up a death level before I went to bed. Anyway, this guy PMs me, and starts commenting on how I don't have a life, and how it was wrong of me to buy a game just to waste my time in the tutorial area. He kept going on and on about it.

Anyway, I replied, asking him how the fact that I was setting up a session where I would just go AFK and do something else leads to me lacking a life. He replied that I should go play the game properly, or should go outside. I then replied with something like "It's 11pm on a wednesday night. What am I supposed to do outside? It's not like I can go to the pub this late on a week night, by myself. That'd just be sad."

Well, he kept harassing me, repeating the same things over and over. So I think I eventually just told him that it was up to me what I did in game, and to mind his own business. It's funny how some people in game try to justify their own existence by telling everyone around them what to do with their leisure time on a computer game.

I had something similar happening; a lv9 ranger was raging at me, thinking he could tank because he had a bear as a pet. I lol'ed again.

Also had a couple rages related to me not taking bonders in FoW, for not healing characters an aggro bubble or two away from me, like this necro in FoW who went totally NUTS at me for "not healing" him despite he was triggering traps on purpose. I actually healed him; I was running a ZB hybrid, and I DID gain my energy back (thus proving he was under 50% health)... I stated this, and he said "so you dont have energy?!?!?" before spending the next 5 minutes using BR on me. When I called in the middle of a long fight (our uber tank!11!!oneone had double aggroed) I never got a BR until 2 minutes AFTER the fight.

He was still mad at me after the Restore quest.

Another involving Tombs and the fact I'm gay was this guy, who thought I was a very good puller and a good guy, who was glad he found someone in his area (we were both from Montreal, French-speaking guys) decided he didn't like me anymore after finding out I was gay. Called me and my team a bunch of names before rage-quitting.

And another guy who raged at me like this (not because I was gay, but quitting and insulting my whole team) was a guy who didn't even know how to heel his pet. I called him a noob out of utter annoyance, and he yelled at the whole team for being PvE noobs before I called him an immature ******, making him ragequit. He PMed me 2 minutes after, saying that "noob calling was immature" and that my friends were stupid... I reminded him he also had called us "noobs".

... Gimme a couple hours, I'll remember more lol.
